Jonathan Leake is an accomplished executive leader with a proven track record developing and implementing complex strategic programs and policy reforms. With extensive experience in renewable energy, climate change, environmental sustainability, and resource recovery, Jonathan has successfully led major initiatives across diverse sectors and political environments. He excels in establishing strategic, collaborative partnerships, managing significant budgets, building cohesive teams and driving innovation under tight timeframes. Among his key achievements include designing and launching SA Power Networks' $13.7 million electrification pilot and operationalising Victoria's $1.3 billion Solar Homes program.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has held pivotal roles such as New Energy Projects Director at SA Power Networks and Executive Director of Policy, Programs, and Industry Development at Solar Victoria. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor post graduate degree from Monash University and has furthered his expertise through executive programs at the London School of Economics and Cambridge University. As a strategic and personable leader, he excels in fostering positive organisational culture and achieving shared outcomes.
